* Coaches may edit ticks, non-RDA events and notes only within the editing window:
Opens: Sunday before the week commences · Closes: end of the following Sunday.
After that the week is locked for all roles.

Horse names: AppMaster manages the master horse list. Coaches may rename any horse whose name begins with "New" for that week only. The AppMaster makes permanent changes via ⚙ Manage.

Three-state grid: ✓ = scheduled & used · ✗ = scheduled but unavailable · blank = unallocated.

Login: Access via personal URL. Add to Home Screen for app-like access. Contact AppMaster for login details.

Note protocols: To tag a note to a specific horse, use HorseName: note text. — the fullstop ends the entry. Multiple horses on one line are supported: Dream: Lame in seg 2. Ruby: Good session.
For incident notes use the word Incident: Dream: Incident - biting. Incident notes are highlighted red in the Horse Notes report and can be filtered separately. Notes are case-insensitive — the app normalises horse names and capitalises Incident automatically.
